The counselling session, encompasses advise on nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, emotional and social wellness. In a nutshell , A ‘Complete Wellness Plan’ aimed at enhancing mental and physical health. Studies have shown conclusively, that focussing on all the lifestyle pillars , decreases the risk of chronic diseases by 80%.
Besides counselling, we also provide coaching that helps in identifying and breaking down the patterns that are not serving a person’s health .This is done by mentoring which helps overcome perceived road blocks and limiting beliefs.
A thriving mindset ensures that the goals are met with ease. The health solutions that I prescribe are thoroughly researched, are evidence based and have been proven to be effective.
Whenever needed, resources are provided to support coaching.
